Molecular and immune profiling of lobular-enriched versus non-lobular invasive breast cancers
Comprehensive genomic and immune profiling of invasive breast cancers, including a lobular-enriched cohort and non-lobular cohort, revealed that lobular-enriched tumors had distinct molecular and immunologic characteristics. Our results indicate significant differences in the cellular biology of invasive lobular carcinomas but potentially similar immune filtrates as other breast cancer subtypes.
