PGDx elio™ Tissue Complete (ETC) is a comprehensive tumor profiling next generation sequencing (NGS) kitted solution. NGS-based solutions often involve complex protocols with multiple touchpoints that might benefit from automation. The newly developed automated workflow on the Biomek NGeniuS system reduced hands-on time, user touchpoints, and maintained accurate and reproducible results in NGS library preparation, demonstrating its successful implementation for laboratory automation of PGDx ETC with consistent analytical performance compared to the manual workflow.
