Labcorp Diagnostic AssistantTM recognized for improving patient care
BURLINGTON, N.C. (April 16, 2025) — Labcorp (NYSE: LH), a global leader of innovative and comprehensive diagnostic laboratory services, announced today it has received a Modern Healthcare 2025 Innovators Award for Labcorp Diagnostic Assistant™ — a digital solution integrated into electronic health records (EHRs) that supports providers with real-time access to comprehensive laboratory data, insights and self-service capabilities. The award recognizes leaders and organizations driving innovations that improve care, achieve measurable results, and contribute to the organization's clinical and financial goals.

Designed using Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources® (FHIR) standards, Labcorp Diagnostic Assistant embeds Labcorp test results with other lab data in EHRs, creating a unified view of clinical data and trends. The platform enables self-service test management, results tracking and data trend analysis, and helps improve operational efficiency. More than 550 healthcare organizations across the country have adopted the solution. Labcorp data shows providers using Diagnostic Assistant have more efficient access to results of lab tests ordered by other providers, earlier access to Labcorp results and insights, with an overall reduction in customer support calls.
