Labcorp Publishes 2024 Corporate Responsibility Report

Highlights include progress on initiatives aimed at investing in a skilled workforce, expanding health access to underserved communities and operating sustainably and responsibly

BURLINGTON, N.C. (April 15, 2025) — Labcorp (NYSE: LH), a global leader of innovative and comprehensive laboratory services, today published its 2024 Corporate Responsibility Report demonstrating how the company is pursuing a healthier future through sustainable and responsible practices.

Labcorp’s 2024 Corporate Responsibility Report reflects the company’s progress on initiatives that positively impact its employees, operations and the communities it serves. 

Highlights include:

• Achieved  Compliance Leader Verification™ from Ethisphere, a global leader in defining and advancing the standards of ethical business practices
• Advanced strategy to attract and retain a highly skilled workforce and invest in employees’ wellbeing 
  • Labcorp grew its workforce 3% year over year with a combination of organic growth and acquisitions.
  • Employees completed over 1.1 million hours of training and professional development.
• Reported progress toward sustainable operations goals
  • Achieved a 27% increase in waste reclaimed per million dollars of revenue vs 2020
  • Achieved a 21% decrease in water withdrawal per million dollars of revenue vs 2020
  • Invested over $8 million in hybrid and electric vehicles, increasing its fleet to over 1,500 vehicles, resulting in a 5.8% improvement in fuel efficiency versus 2021
• Awarded over 200 grants through The Labcorp Charitable Foundation to support health and welfare, education, and initiatives focused on underserved populations globally.
